Today we successfully delivered a set of sandblasting room for our Ethiopian customer, and the equipment is being packed and shipped to the port. The automatic sandblasting room system consists of the main body of the room, the abrasive recycling system, the abrasive recycling system, the dust collection system, the lighting system, the sandblasting pot, and the workpiece suspension system.

The automatic sand blasting room has a wealth of experience in wheel blast and blower design, and I will introduce you to the details of the automatic sand blasting room:

1. The objects to be cleaned in the automatic sandblasting room are aluminum parts with a size of 7×3×3 meters.

2. According to customer requirements, they want to save electricity instead of working all the time. The room size designed by our engineering team is 10 meters × 5 meters × 4 meters. The abrasive grain recovery system adopts a semi-automatic system with a 10-meter-long longitudinal screw conveyor.

3. The main wall of the automatic sandblasting room adopts glass wool interlayer sound-absorbing sandwich panel and wear-resistant rubber lining. The rubber lining also has a sound damping function, with a total thickness of 50mm.

4. The customer's workshop has a complete painting production line, they have a long overhead track to transport the workpiece, and they hope that the automatic sandblasting room is connected to the track. According to the drawings of the workshop, our engineers added an I-beam to the roof of the room to meet customer requirements.

5. Fully automatic sandblasting room lamps adopt high-efficiency LED lamps, which use brightness to a certain extent. The fastening system of the blasting chamber is easy to disassemble and easy to maintain.

The automatic sandblasting room is a complete equipment that can be used for sandblasting objects of different shapes and sizes. For this process, metal or mineral abrasives can be used. The workpiece transportation in the fully automatic blasting room is usually carried out by forklifts or on trolleys, usually by guide rails. The sandblasting process is carried out with a sandblasting pistol, which is directed by the worker on the surface of the workpiece. The sandblasting pistol is connected to the pressure vessel through the sandblasting tube, and the abrasive in the pressure vessel is mixed with compressed air at high speed. In the sandblasting process, protective clothing and gloves must be used to protect workers from abrasives and dust, and special helmets must be used to protect their heads.

The shell of the automatic sandblasting room is protected by rubber. The continuous abrasive return and cleaning system can apply a screw conveyor (KMP) or a scraper conveyor (KSP) to the entire surface of the shot blasting chamber or only a part of the surface. Different platforms for high-altitude operations, devices for objects to be processed that rotate around the longitudinal axis, and dust suction devices provide high work efficiency.
