6. Always add or replace lubricants according to the lubrication system.

7. Regularly check and clean the wear of the indoor guard plate. If the fierce plate rubber plate is found to be worn or broken, it should be replaced in time.

8. Always clean the scattered projectiles around the equipment to prevent the operator from slipping and being injured.

9. The workpiece should be filled as much as possible within the range of φ600×1500mm, which requires the design and manufacture of a variety of suitable spreaders according to the size and shape of the workpiece. Only in this way can the efficiency of the projectile ejection belt be fully exerted, and the impact of empty shot projectiles on wealth and strength can be reduced. 12. If it is found that the shot blasting machine vibrates too much and has abnormal noise, the machine should be stopped immediately to check whether the blades of the shot blasting machine are unbalanced, worn or broken, and two symmetrical blades should be replaced in pairs.
