1. Shot blasting cleaning part:

(1) Whether the fixing bolts of all shot blasting machines and shot blasting motors are loose.

(2) Whether the inspection door of the shot blasting room is tight.

(3) How well the brushes are worn.

(4) Check whether the pill collecting tube and roller brush are in proper position when the machine is shut down.

(5) Whether the air ducts are in good condition and whether there is leakage.

(6) Clean up the deposits on the pellet filter screen.

(7) All the pellets of each spiral should be lifted into the pellet silo, whether the total amount of pellets is sufficient (should be greater than 7 tons).

(8) Clean the air filter in the air control box.

2. Electronic control part:

(1) Check whether the status of each limit switch is normal.

(2) Wipe the glass shutter of the detection element.

(3) The cables on the drag chain in the spray booth are not damaged.

(4) Check whether each signal lamp workpiece on the console is normal.
