Yesterday, our Iraqi customer's customized sandblasting booth was completed and is being packed and ready to be shipped.

The sandblasting room customized by the customer is 7 meters * 8 meters * 3 meters, and will be used for the manufacture of special vehicles.

The sandblasting room can make the surface of the parts more intensively cleaned. In fact, the sandblasting room process is a processing technology of blasting the steel surface before processing, and coating the surface with a protective primer. It can be used for surface cleaning of parts before electroplating oxidation coating, and of course it can also be used for cleaning tools, molds or sheets, and operating parts. It can also trim welds, remove old paint and dirt from the surface of the workpiece, and more.

The sandblasting room can thoroughly clean the surface of the steel, and the pretreatment of the steel can effectively improve the performance of mechanical products and metal components, such as corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, thereby prolonging the service life of the steel plate. Of course, it is also possible to optimize the state of the steel surface process manufacturing
